Brookvale Balloons Shipping Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all bouquets and deliveries. If you do have a rush order it must be in by 9.30am and you must phone first to check if we can fit it in.

Deliveries are normally made between 9 am and 5 pm weekdays. If you need a different time please let us know and we will see if we can help.

Please be certain there will be someone available to receive deliveries. We accept no responsibility for the deterioration of balloon goods left unattended due to no-one being available to accept the delivery. A recall fee may be charged if we need to re-deliver.

Balloon bouquets are often very large and need to be treated somewhat gently. To ensure a bouquet arrives at its destination safely and intact, we prefer to deliver orders. We strive to make our delivery fees as low as possible. While we prefer to deliver, we can arrange for a customer pick-up at Brookvale or Lindfield if needed.
