This is a large Printed  Balloon with a NO personalised message and 10 small balloons inside. Select a Tassel OR collar of four small balloons at the bottom of the bubble. In the notes at checkout please give us the following info ( or call us after ordering to discuss) Inside balloon colours ( if you don’t select colours we will use pearl lavender, pink, rose gold and white) Tassel or collar below bubble. Collar of small balloons is the default.
